- Update to version 9.700.2:
* Faster handling of cubes by vectorise().
* Faster handling of sparse matrices by nonzeros().
* Faster row-wise index_min() and index_max().
* Expanded join_rows() and join_cols() to handle joining up to 4
matrices.
* Expanded .save() and .load() to allow storing sparse matrices
in CSV format.
* Added randperm() to generate a vector with random permutation
of a sequence of integers.
