- correct license and style (prepare_spec)
- minor build fixes, avoid deprecated macros to be more portable

- Remove redundant tags/sections from specfile

- Remove redundant tags/sections from specfile
- Use %_smp_mflags for parallel build

- Use 2.68 everywhere in specfile.
- Use %%configure macro in spec file.
