- update to 1.11.1:
* document bats_pipe function
* unbreak test suites with multiple files loading common constants,
introduced in v1.11.0
* docker image won't crash if a file or directory named 'bats' exists
* use $BATS_LIBDIR instead of hardcoded lib in 'bats-gather-tests'
* cleanup: remove unused $BATS_FILTER
