- Update to version 3.8.1:
  + Switch manual to CC license.
  + Updated translations.
- Change license of main package to GPL-3.0+ and CC-BY-SA-3.0,
  accomodating the new CC licensed manual. The search-provider
  sub-package is licenses GPL-3.0+ only (no documentation in this
  package).
