Accepting request 993764 from home:marxin:branches:devel:gcc

- Add binutils-2.39-branch.diff.gz.
- Explicitly enable --enable-warn-execstack=yes and	--enable-warn-rwx-segments=yes.
- Add gprofng subpackage.
