- 1d862615.patch: upstreamed and removed
- gcc_path.patch: obsolete, tr1 module is removed
- mpi_upstream.patch: upstreamed and removed

  changes to mpi/build/Jamfile as we are building python2 and
  python3 versions of MPI separately.
