Add Conflicts, Replaces, Provides: obs-build to debian/control
build is available in the Debian archive and provides the same files.
Without Conflicts/Replaces/Provides installations and upgrades fails
as the two packages own the same files and there's a filesystem
conflict:
Unpacking obs-build (20141024-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/obs-build_20141024-1_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man1/unrpm.1.gz', which is also in package build 20161206
As the Debian policy mandates this can be solved with the above
