- Depend on pkgconfig(gl) and pkgconfig(egl) instead of Mesa-devel.
  * The pkgconfig(gl) and pkgconfig(egl) are what cairo really
    needs. Mesa-devel is too general and is a bottleneck in
    distribution build. (bnc#1071297)
