https://github.com/xiph/ogg/issues/99, where libogg does not place ogg.m4 when built using cmake. Celt though relies on this m4 to properly create its configure script. Patch a copy of ogg.m4 into our local source. OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/multimedia:libs/celt?expand=0&rev=41
