clBLAS is a BLAS implementation for OpenCL, to be used with GPUs or multicore CPUs. This is needed by another library I am packaging — Bandicoot. Given upstream has not made a release over the last 6 years or so (2017 was version 2.12) of clBLAS, I have packaged the git master commit as of 2023-11-29. Seems to work.
