- Update to version 1.12.0:
  * add tunnels (like SSH local forwarding)
  * fix fake ip pool offset calculated 
  * migration to go1.19
  * reduce dhcp dns client cost
  * fix: query string parse on ws-opts
  * fix: handle parse socks5 udp address correctly
  * satisfy RFC4343 - DNS case insensitivity
  * custom-specific interface can be set on nameserver
  * support snell v3
  * ignore empty dns server error
