- Update corosync-qdevice.spec:
  * Drop /run/corosync-qdevice, /var/run/corosync-qdevice, /var/run/corosync-qnetd, and /var/run/corosync-qnetd as they are created in tmpfs
  * Drop %config(noreplace) for fillup templates to ensure correct updates.
