- New criu-plugin-amdgpu sub-package for AMDGPU ROCm plugin, enabled
  only for x86_64 and aarch64.
- Build fixes for plugins:
  criu-amdgpu-plugin-fix.patch
- Change the plugin install path to $libdir/criu:
  plugin-dir-path.patch
