- Update to version 1.24.0:
  * An upgrade procedure for configurations created in the previous
    release of crosstool-NG has been introduced with this release.

- Add new build dependency: unzip.
- Remove reproducible.patch: Fixed upstream.
- Add crosstool-ng.keyring to verify tarball signature.
