- Update to dd_rescue-1.45:
  * ddr_hash: Fix potential sha512/sha384 buffer overflow.
  * ddr_hash: Support sha1
  * ddr_hash: Support checking and storing hash in xattrs and
    md5sum/sha256sum/... style files.
  * New ddr_null plugin. (forwarded request 235545 from garloff)
