Accepting request 343362 from home:aspiers
new package devilspie2
devilspie2 is a LUA-based alternative to the unmaintained devilspie.
(The devilspie author even recommends to use devilspie2.)
I want to maintain devilspie2 in Factory and would like
to use X11:common:Factory as the develproject (the same
as the original devilspie).
