dmz-icon-theme-cursors/dmz-icon-theme-cursors.changes

The DMZ cursor theme is missing many cursor images for Plasma, which then falls back to the Breeze cursors. I have added a patch which brings DMZ on par with Breeze, so that it usable in Plasma. I'm using this for some time and it's working fine.
