+Subject: [PATCH] ephy-session: Correctly parse %-encoded URIs
+
+Because we already have %-encoded URIs for sessions, tell GUri don't
+encode our URIs anymore by setting `G_URI_FLAGS_ENCODED` flag. Otherwise
+GUri will fail to parse them.
