- Update to 5.9.0
* Extra CMake Modules (ECM) is now versioned like KDE Frameworks,
therefore it is now 5.9, while it was 1.8 previously.
* Allow configuration of SHARE_INSTALL_DIR, to handle multi-arch
layouts better
