Accepting request 790242 from multimedia:libs

- Add Samba support for Factory (as this needs a fix in Samba itself)
  Add --enable-libsmbclient to configure, add BR on pkgconfig(smbclient)
- License is now GPLv3+ by default (--enable-version3)
