  * fix handle leak in winmidi driver
  * fix build failures when cross compiling
  * fix a bug when calculating the lower boundary of attenuation
  * fix a double free in `fluid_sample_set_sound_data()`
  * silence a warning when loading soundfonts from memory
  * minor performance improvements
