- Update to 2.12.6:
  * conf.d: Drop aliases for (URW)++ fonts (upstreamed)
  * other minor fixes
- Includes changes from 2.12.5:
  * update docs
  * Accept 4 digit script tag in FcLangNormalize().
  * fc-blanks: fall back to the static data available in repo if
    downloaded data is corrupted
  * emoji related fixes
  * various cleanups
  * support listing named instances
