db83b92989 Accepting request 1304127 from home:mcepl 
- Update to 6.14.0:
  - Require pysol_cards.gen_multi_cli and avoid requiring
    random2.
  - Add comments and documentation.
  - Apply add_tag("tests_may_fail") to more failing compile-time
    configurations.
  - Add “STRICT ⇒ 1” to Template Toolkit invocations.
  - clang-format and perltidy syntax fixes.
- Add remove-py2-support.patch (gh#shlomif/fc-solve!102) which
  removes Python 2 support, and particularly removes the
  dependency on the six package.
