- Update to version 1.9.21:
  + This release adds the following features:
     - Add a fwupd.conf option to ignore CHID requirements for
       development.

    - Allow loading Wacom device flags from metadata.
    - Check for needs-shutdown like we do needs-reboot.
    - Fix updating the Aerox 3 Wireless Mouse.
  + This release adds support for the following hardware:
    - Synaptics Carrera devices.
    - Wacom Movink devices.
