* Fix error viewing empty semiechelon matrices
* Fix bug in MinimalPolynomialOfMatrixMC which could lead to an
infinite loop for certain inputs, in particular lower
triangular matrices with multiple eigenvalues
* Removed the (undocumented) Fold and Unfold method
