- Remove all %gcc_icecream mode cross-compilers and the corresponding icecream backend subpackages. Instead use glibc-bootstrap only configs for cross-x86_64-gcc (ipxe,ovmf,qemu), cross-ppc64-gcc (qemu) and cross-arm-gcc (ovmf).
