- Release 2.2.0
  - Base GeekoDoc2 on DocBook 5.2CR5
  - Correct GeekoDoc1 with transclusion attributes. The transclusion.rnc
    file is reduced to the bare minimum as those attributes are
    provided by DocBook 5.2CR5 already.
