Fix build of gegl on Factory - Solution is only semy correct. Correct would be to require graphviz-devel and fixup graphviz-devel to Require all it's subpackages. (forwarded request 69707 from dimstar)

- BuildRequire graphviz-gd instead of graphviz: we do require png
capabilities, which are split out of the main package.
Theoretically, we should require graphviz-devel, but this package
also does not drag in -gd.
