So, openSUSE:Factory has not been migrated to the git workflow, yet. That means this update should be submitted first to the devel project and from there via classic SR to openSUSE:Factory.

In this case, it looks to me that the devel project has been migrated to git. So I believe this update should be submitted to:

https://src.opensuse.org/Printing/ghostscript -> targeting the main branch.
