with Ghostscript 9.18.
  Since version 9.18 Ghostscript does no longer provide
  e_<SomeError> (e.g. e_NeedInput) in its header files
  (gserrors.h and ierrors.h).
  When building other software with Ghostscript 9.18
  gs_error_<SomeError> (e.g. gs_error_NeedInput)
  must be used, see boo#953149 and
  http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=696317
