* Update to version 0.10.0. * Split main and python builds into separate _multibuild flavors and build against all supported python versions for the blank flavor. * Add glucat-disable-doxygen-html-timestamp.patch to disable timestamps on html footers in doxygen generated docs; this helps make builds reproducible. * New BuildRequires: gcc-fortran, python3-setuptools.
