Accepting request 526971 from GNOME:Factory

- Update to version 3.26.2:
  + Include meson files in the tarball.
  + Make sure Signpost_of_the_Shadows.jpg gets installed.
- Drop fdupes BuildRequires and fdupes macro, no longer needed nor
  serves any purpose.
- Update to version 3.26.1:
  + Fix build issue.
- Changes from version 3.26.0:
  + Updated translations. (forwarded request 526477 from Zaitor)
