Accepting request 854623 from GNOME:Next
- Udpate to version 3.38.1+7:
+ gcal-timeline: never reset completed_calendars.
+ gcal-timeline: completed_calendars should be unsigned.
+ Updated translations.
- Switch to _service: upstream did not produce a 3.38.2 tarball,
but 3.38.1 crashes, so we do want to move quicker.
