- Add gnome-themes-locale-directory.patch: ensure translations are
installed to /usr/share/locale.Upstream is basically dead, but
the fix is simple enough to let the package live on a bit longer.

- Added ximian-artwork-90546-16x16-icons.patch to fix bug #90546. Now
we have custom-drawn 16x16 icons for folders and other items which
the file chooser uses, instead of scalable icons.
- Added Industrial-16x16-icons.tar.gz to the sources; this contains
the new icons.
