- update to 1.2.8:
	* Rename option '--verify-on-error' to '--check-on-error'.
	  Rename option '--verify-input-size' to '--check-input-size'.
	  Remove synonym '--exit-on-error'.
	* Issue a final fsync to prevent early exit if kernel caches writes.
	* Show mapfile names at verbosity == 0.
