* Pass ZLIB_LIBRARY location to cmake as it fails to find zlib using find_package() after the zlib libraries were moved to %{_libdir} in openSUSE:Factory (sr#851291).

- Add Requires: pkgconfig(libcares) for the -devel pkg.
