Accepting request 155546 from home:duwe:branches:Base:System
- merge internal+external BS changes into superset spec file,
remove obsolete dependencies
- merge SLES+openSUSE patches, restrict "grub2-efi" to 12.2 and 12.3
- add efidisk-ahci-workaround (bnc#794674)
- fix unquoted-string-in-class.patch (bnc#788322)
- switch to out of source / subdir build
