+ Hardware-accelerated GPU plugins will now no longer always list
all the element variants for all available GPUs, since those
are system-dependent and it's confusing for users to see those
in the documentation just because the GStreamer developer who
generated the docs had multiple GPUs to play with at the time.
Instead just show the default elements.
