- Update to version 1.3.1:
  + more than 30 crash/freeze fixes
  + a new feature to disable snapping to grid lines
  + a new feature to split text into its letters
  + the Shape Builder tool now creates an appropriate number of nodes
  + PDF files that could not be opened with Inkscape 1.3 can now be opened / imported again
