* handle primary xml in zstd format
  * add option to add gpg keys as content tags (bsc#1184326)
- use is_opensuse for requiring proper EULAs package
  (fate#320517)
- add appdata.xml.gz and app-icons.tar.gz if exising
- drop use of BSUtil.pm
- created initial package
