Adjusted Obsoletes and Provides accordingly
- Add new package intlfonts-type1-fonts
- Changed the document location to the central place
- remove supoprt for pre-9.1
- Fix file list.
- make it build again on STABLE (paths changed because of the
move to Xorg X11R7).
- add "Provides: locale(...)".
- Bugzilla #150552: add some missing BDF properties to the
Latin9 "Efont" fonts.
- converted neededforbuild to BuildRequires
