Accepting request 676688 from KDE:Extra
- Initial stand-alone package, based on digikam-5.9.0
kipi-plugins will not be part of digikam 6.0.0 anymore, but it is still used by other applications (gwenview, spectacle, kphotoalbum), so we need this to avoid feature loss there.
