- Update to 4.4.8:
  * See https://krita.org/en/item/krita-4-4-8-released/
  * Disable fractional DPI scaling by default
  * Fix loading and saving of document palettes (kde#440812)
- Remove BuildConflicts: python3-sip-devel >= 6, it builds fine
  with sip6 meanwhile
