* removed memory setup from menu tree and handbook
* dropped support for swap files, assuming that nowadays everyone has much more than 4GB RAM and nobody really needs this. Additionally it was a common pitfall that usage of physical memory was limited per default settings to a too low value. Internally this also speeds up allocation of memory and simplifies the code quite a bit.
