a4f2fd2639 * Update to version 3.0.4. 
* Enable LTO.
* Update shared lib names to keep up with upstream so versions, and define macros to keep them all consistent across the spec.
* Drop ldas-tools-framecpp-no-return-from-nonvoid-func.patch: fixed upstream.
