Accepting request 500333 from home:manfred999
compression algorithm used in GRIB data format, used in the ecCodes package I would like to submit. Incudes a replacement library for the non-free libsz library used optionally in the hdf5 packages.
New version which does not require lock-step of libsz and libaec.
