- Update to version 3.11.0:
* This release includes perceptual quality improvements, binary
size reduction under certain configurations, new codec interfaces,
speedup and memory optimizations, and many bug fixes.
* Default encoder configuration changed for the
AOM_USAGE_REALTIME mode
