16bad965c2 - update to 5.11.0: 
* Improve error messages by including symbol index in
    trampolines
  * Be defensive in our indexing when un-smuggling name index
  * Test on `ppc64le` and `armv7l` as well
  * Add fallback search for extra-underscore-suffixed symbols
  * Wrappers for MKL threading using Domains
- update to 5.10.1:
  * We accidentally flipped the meaning of
