- update to 0.11.6:
* import pwcache module from OpenBSD
* use libmd for hashing functions
* Fix message digest library checks
* Switch libmd wrapper to dlsym
* Enable .init_array support when building with LTO
* Switch md5 back to direct linking
- reenable LTO
