cd7685a5ff Accepting request 638402 from M17N 
- Rename %soname to %sover to better reflect its use.
- Fix RPM groups.
- Just call configure, don't waste time with autogen.
- Update libcangjie-data description.
- Add requries for libcangjie-data and libcangjie-tools 
- Add spec macros to take place of paths
- Initialize the package
